The message receiver can expect to receive updates and notifications regarding the activities and care services provided to their loved ones. Some examples are: “Your loved one has arrived at the care facility”, “Your loved one has finished 75% of his or her meal”, “Your loved one has completed participating in a healthy activity”, etc.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Texting "STOP" to the shortcode will stop the subscription to the SMS service. When we receive your SMS message "STOP", we will reply with an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to join again, the previous “STOP” confirmation text message will instruct the user [message recipient?] to Reply “START” to resume receiving SMS messages.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting the care facility’s phone number (Phone number will vary as this service will be used for multiple clients).
